A discount coupon may be issued to you on several occasions or promotional events. You may redeem your coupon at our checkout page while making purchase from our website (bigbook.com.np) only.
Any applicable refunds are handled via either "BigBook Wallet Top-up" or Cash transfer to your bank-account or mobile wallet systems such as Esewa, Khalti, etc.
Conditions apply: Any sum less than Rs. 1000 will be directly refunded as "BigBook Wallet Top-up" without any deductions. If you want a full cash refund into your bank account or mobile wallet, you require to submit us a 'Cash Refund Application Form'.
BigBook Wallet is a simple digital wallet feature valid only for bigbook.com.np and its services within this domain. Unlike standard mobile wallet services such as Esewa, Khalti etc., it is not valid to use for payment outside bigbook.com.np. This wallet feature is just to store your advance payments in your site account to be reimburse as micro-payments for courses you would enroll or for products you would purchase from this site only.

Making Courses

You may change your username, password, or emails from the setting dashboard. If any issues, please contact us.
You may unsubscribe from receiving updates from BigBook Education by simply clicking unsubscribe link that is probably sent with every email from BigBook Education.
You can change it from the settings option of your dashboard.
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to [email protected]
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
